Who is responsible for your information

Information we collect

We collect information you provide through the contact form or when you contact us directly. This may include your name, business name, email address, telephone number, website address, the service you are interested in and the contents of your message.

Our hosting and security systems may also record limited technical information, such as your IP address, browser type, device information, requested pages and the date and time of a request. This is used to keep the website secure and reliable.

How we use your information

We use personal information to respond to enquiries, prepare proposals, provide and support requested services, maintain business records, and protect this website from misuse.

Our lawful basis will usually be taking steps at your request before entering a contract, performing a contract, complying with a legal obligation, or our legitimate interests in running and protecting the business. We do not use contact-form details for unrelated marketing.

Who we share information with

We use trusted service providers for website hosting, security, email delivery and business administration. Contact-form messages are sent using Resend, an email delivery provider. These providers may process information only where needed to supply their services and are required to protect it. We may also disclose information where required by law or to establish, exercise or defend legal rights.

We do not sell personal information.

International transfers

Some service providers may process information outside the UK. Where this happens, we rely on an adequacy regulation or appropriate contractual safeguards recognised under UK data-protection law, such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or UK Addendum.

How long we keep information

Enquiry information is normally kept for up to 24 months after the last contact. If you become a client, project, contract and financial records may be kept for up to six years after the relationship ends to meet tax, accounting and legal requirements. Technical logs are generally retained for no longer than 90 days unless they are needed to investigate a security incident. Information may be kept longer where required by law or in connection with a legal claim.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not currently use non-essential analytics, advertising cookies or behavioural tracking. Essential technical storage may be used where necessary for security or core website operation. This policy and the site’s consent controls will be updated before any non-essential tracking is introduced.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you may have rights to access, correct, erase or restrict your personal information, object to its use, or request a portable copy. Where processing is based on consent, you can withdraw that consent at any time. These rights are not absolute and may be limited by law.
